• Ready-to-ship products (non-customized):
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Beijing Time) on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed later will be processed the next business day.
• Customized products (personalized customization):
Digital proof approval takes approximately 2–3 business days.
• Once approved, production starts immediately and cannot be canceled.
• Production time varies depending on order quantity and production complexity, typically 7–14 business days.
• Order changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of order placement, provided production has not started.
• Once production starts, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Due to the nature of our handmade products and customized manufacturing process, we do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size, style, or quantity ordered by the customer
• Delays caused by customs or carrier services
• All orders include free worldwide shipping. The shipping cost is already included in the product price.
• Delivery time may range from 14 to 30 business days depending on the destination country.
• International shipments may still be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Failure to pay may result in returned or destroyed parcels, which are not eligible for refunds.
