Here are the details:

PHOTOS: Listings photos show SOME of our excess inventory, but do not guarantee any specific color we will be included!! They are for example purposes only.

1) Each Mystery Bag contains a minimum of either 500g or 1000g grams (approximately 5- 10, 100g skeins) of your choice of yarn WEIGHT, which can include ANY of the yarn bases we carry or have carried in that yarn weight.

2) ALL skeins are merino wool or various wool blends (Merino/Nylon, Merino/Cashmere, Blue Faced Leicester, Merino/Silk, etc). Mixed Bags can contain lace weight to bulky weight.

3) All bags are a MINIMUM of 500 or 1000g.

4) All skeins are either excess inventory, older bases we no longer sell, colorways we have discontinued, or colorways we decided not to stock in the shop. Some may be from test batches or leftovers from custom orders. Some may also include current colorways we just have too many of on hand.

This is a great way to get quality hand dyed sock yarn at an unheard of price! Once the bags are gone, they’re gone!!

NOTE: Skeins may have our old label on them, or may not have a label or colorway name.

🧵 Important Information for EU Customers
All of our hand-dyed yarns are created using professional-grade acid dyes on high-quality yarn bases. Most of our yarns are made from 100% wool or other animal fibers, which are classified as animal by-products and are therefore exempt from the EU’s General Product Safety Regulation (EU 2023/988).

We are committed to safe and transparent dyeing practices. Every skein is carefully rinsed, pH-balanced, and labeled with fiber content and care instructions.

While most of our yarn bases are fully compliant for sale to EU customers, a small number of our bases contain synthetic fiber blends (such as nylon). These particular yarns may not meet current EU safety exemption criteria. The following bases are fully EU compliant:

How do i place an order?

To place an order, browse our products, select the desired item, choose your size and color if applicable, and click "add to cart." Once you're ready to purchase, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout. You'll need to enter your shipping and payment details to complete the order.
How can i track my order status?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use this number on our "order tracking" page to see the status of your delivery. You can also track your order in the "My Account" section if you have an account with us.

Can i change or cancel my order?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, please visit our "returns & exchanges" page and follow the instructions.
How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your returned item, it typically takes 5-7 business days to process your return. You will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of processing.
